Upgrading or downgrading

You can switch plans any time, in either direction. Your banner, scans, audit records, and team stay exactly where they are.

Upgrade

Open Billing in the left sidebar footer.

Find the plan you want and click Upgrade.

Confirm the change. The new plan kicks in straight away. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle, and renewals continue at the new price.

The new plan's higher limits apply immediately, so you don't have to wait for the next billing date.

Downgrade

Open Billing.

Find a lower-priced plan and click Downgrade.

The change is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan and limits until then.

We do this so you don't lose paid-up time. If you change your mind before the cycle ends, you can switch back to the higher plan with no penalty.

Switch between monthly and yearly

The toggle at the top of the Billing page lets you compare and switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Switching to yearly applies the discounted price at your next renewal. Switching from yearly back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current yearly term.

What about my data?

Nothing is deleted when you change plans. Your banner stays live, your scans stay searchable, your audit records stay intact.

The only thing that changes is what you can do going forward (for example, the Test environment is only available on Pro and above; if you downgrade away from Pro, you can still see your existing test snippet but can't make new test publishes).
