Invoices and payment methods

This page covers where your invoices live, how to download them, and how to change the way you pay.

Open the billing page​

In the left sidebar footer, click Billing.

The plan cards and the comparison table take up the top of the page. Scroll down to find the Invoices and Payment method sections.

View and download invoices​

Each invoice has a row with the date, amount, and status (Paid, Open, Failed). Click the download icon next to any invoice to get a PDF copy.

Send these to your accounting team, or store them with your usual records. Every invoice meets standard requirements for tax and accounting.

Update your payment method​

Click Update payment method to change the card on file.

Enter the new card details. The change takes effect immediately, so the next charge uses the new card.

You can also remove a card and add a different one. Make sure at least one card is on file before your next billing date to avoid a failed payment.

Failed payments​

If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we email the billing contact and try again over the following days.

To fix a failed payment quickly, update your payment method on the Billing page.

Billing contact and tax details​

Your billing email is the email of the Owner of the workspace. To change it, transfer ownership or contact support.

Tax IDs and company billing details can be added in the Billing settings section if your jurisdiction requires them on invoices.
