Cancelling your subscription
We're sorry to see you go. Cancelling is straightforward and you keep access to One Privacy until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancel from the dashboardβ
Open Billing in the left sidebar footer.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation. We may ask a short question or two so we can improve.
Your subscription is now scheduled to end at the close of the current billing cycle. You won't be charged again.
What happens until the end of your cycleβ
Everything keeps working: your banner stays live, scans keep running, the consent audit keeps recording.
Use this time to download anything you'd like to keep. See Exporting consent records.
What happens after your cycle endsβ
Your account moves to a read-only state. You can sign in to view past records but you can't run new scans, publish banner changes, or invite teammates.
The banner script stops loading on your website at the end of the cycle, so visitors no longer see the One Privacy banner. If you have analytics or ad tags that depend on consent signals, plan to either replace One Privacy or remove the snippet from your website before the end of the cycle.
Changed your mind?β
You can resubscribe any time before your cycle ends. Open the Billing page and pick a plan to reactivate.
If your cycle has already ended, sign in and follow the prompts to reactivate. Your saved banners, scans, and audit records become editable again as soon as the new subscription is active.
Need help instead of cancelling?β
If something specific isn't working for you, contact our team before cancelling. We'd much rather help fix the issue than say goodbye.
