Changing your password
You can change your password any time, either from inside the dashboard or by using the password reset link on the sign-in screen.
Change it from inside One Privacy
Click your avatar in the top right and choose Profile.
Click Change password.
Enter your current password, then enter the new password twice to confirm.
Click Save. Your new password is in effect immediately.
Password requirements
Your password must include:
At least 8 characters.
One uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
One number.
One special character, for example !, @, or #.
A small checklist appears while you type so you always know what's left.
Forgot your password?
If you can't sign in, no problem.
Open the sign-in page and click Forgot password?.
Enter your email and click Send reset link.
Open the email we send you and click the link.
Set a new password and you're back in.
Tips for a strong password
Use a unique password for One Privacy that you don't use anywhere else.
Consider using a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, your browser's built-in manager) to generate and store it.
If you ever suspect your password has leaked, change it straight away from the Profile page.
