Accepting an invite

When someone on your team invites you to join their One Privacy workspace, you'll receive an email with a link to accept. This page walks through what happens.

Open the email​

Look for an email from One Privacy with the subject "You've been invited to join...". Click the Accept invitation link inside.

If you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, ask the person who invited you to resend it.

What happens when you click​

One Privacy opens a short page that confirms your invitation has been accepted, then sends you on to the right place.

If you already have an One Privacy account with the same email, you're added to the new workspace right away and you'll see it next time you sign in.

If you don't have an account yet, you'll be guided through creating one (just a password, since the email is already known).

Sign in​

After accepting, sign in with your email and password.

The new workspace shows up on your Workspaces page. Click it to start working.

Switching between workspaces​

If you belong to several workspaces, you can switch between them at any time. See Switching workspaces and projects.

What if my invite expired?​

Invitation links expire after a while for security. If yours has expired, just ask the person who invited you to send a new one from the Manage Users page.
